Comprehensive Sorting & Recycling
Every single load we collect goes through our sorting process. Metals are sent to scrap recyclers, timber is chipped and repurposed, plastics go to specialised facilities, and e-waste is processed through certified handlers. We never take shortcuts - if it can be recycled, it will be.
Donation & Reuse Program
Furniture, working appliances, clothing, and household items in usable condition are cleaned and donated to Melbourne charities including the Salvation Army, Vinnies, and local community centres. Last year alone, we donated over 800 items that found new homes instead of landfill.
EPA-Licensed Responsible Disposal
Everything that can't be recycled or donated is taken to EPA-licensed disposal facilities. We maintain full chain-of-custody documentation for every load. We will never illegally dump waste - it's not just the law, it's our responsibility to the Australian environment.
Green Fleet Transition
We're actively working to reduce our fleet's carbon footprint. This includes route optimisation to minimise kilometres driven, regular vehicle maintenance for fuel efficiency, and a roadmap to transition to lower-emission vehicles as they become available for our industry.
Landfill Reduction Target
Our goal is to achieve a 90% landfill diversion rate by 2027. We're currently at 80% and climbing. Every percentage point matters - it means thousands of tonnes of waste finding a second life instead of sitting in the ground for hundreds of years.
