What we clear across the western suburbs
The west covers two quite different jobs. In Footscray, Yarraville, Seddon and Williamstown it is mostly worker cottages and Victorian terraces being renovated, which means plaster, tiles, old kitchens and a skip-load of debris in a street with no room for a skip. Further out through St Albans, Sunshine, Point Cook and Werribee it is family homes on bigger blocks, where the job is a garage, a shed, a yard or a full house.

What rubbish removal costs in the west
It is priced by volume, fixed before we start, and there is no hourly rate. Small loads begin at our $200 minimum. A garage or a single room is usually a quarter to a half truck. A full house clearance on a larger western block, with a shed and a yard included, is often a full load.

Narrow inner-west streets, and no room for a skip
Yarraville, Seddon and Footscray were laid out long before two-car households. Streets are narrow, parking is permit-only in stretches, and a skip on the nature strip needs a council permit and takes the one space you have. Our load-and-go approach avoids the whole problem: we pull up, load by hand, and the street is clear again within the hour.
Cottages here also have their own quirks - narrow side passages, back lanes, and rear yards you can only reach through the house. Tell us the access when you book and we bring the right size truck for it.
Renovation and growth-corridor clearances
The inner west renovates constantly, and the outer west is still being built. Both produce waste that household bins cannot take. In the newer estates the common job is different: a garage that filled up over five years, or an end-of-lease clear before a rental turnover. Both are usually same-day if you call before midday.
